The Club is committed to providing a safe, productive, and harassment free environment at the Club Facilities. All members must comply with all applicable laws and may not engage in any illegal acts or practices at the Club Facilities. All members are expected to treat others with respect and consideration, act in accordance with these Guidelines, and alert the Club promptly of any dangerous situations, violations of the Guidelines, or of anyone in distress. The Club prohibits any form of harassment, sexual or otherwise. Accordingly, some behaviors are specifically prohibited whether directed at other members or guests, Club staff, or others, including: (i) harassment or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identify, gender expression, disability, or other protected status; (ii) sexual harassment or intimidation, including unwelcome sexual attention, stalking (physical or virtual), or unsolicited physical contact; or (iii) yelling at, threatening, or personally insulting (verbally or physically) others. Any member who is asked to stop engaging in hostile or harassing behavior is expected to comply immediately. Other prohibited behaviors include causing damage to or theft of any property.
The Club reserves the right to remove from Club Facilities any member or guest whose social attentions become unwelcome to another and who persists in such attentions after their unwelcome nature has been communicated. The Club also reserves the right to exclude any member or guest who appears inebriated or who engages in conduct that interferes with the ability of other members to participate in and enjoy the Club Facilities.
Members and guests shall comply with and take all reasonable precautions to prevent the occurrence of any injury to people or damage to property. Members shall notify the Club promptly of any such injury or damage at info@4horsemengames.com.
The Club may also involve local law enforcement, as appropriate based on the specific circumstances. Members and guests must cooperate with any Club investigation into reports of a violation of Club Guidelines by providing information requested by the Club relevant to the investigation. The Club will also report on the outcome of any investigation to individuals who have reported that they have been subject to a violation of Club Guidelines.
Guest Policy. Each member may bring guests into the Club Facilities pursuant to the purchase of a guest day pass for each guest. All members are expected to purchase a guest day pass for each guest by emailing info@4horsemengames.com with the date and the full name of each guest, either in advance or on the day of guest attendance. All guests must remain at all times under the supervision of the member. All guests must abide by the Club Guidelines and any such rules and regulations as may be posted by the Club from time to time. The member shall be responsible and liable for all actions of its guests.
The Club reserves the right to monitor the number and frequency of guest visits and reserves the right to: (a) require any guest to complete a Membership Agreement in order to continue to have access to the facility; and (b) prohibit any guest from entering or returning for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.
Access Policy. Each member is assigned and issued a mobile access badge as promptly as possible after Membership Start Date, pursuant to mutual scheduling. These badges require the download of the Alarm.com mobile app, available for both android and iOS devices. Mobile badges are used to electronically access the Club Facilities during hours of operation. All members must use their assigned badge to individually register their entrance by swiping the badge at secure access points. Members who do not register their entry are trespassing.
All badges are RFID/BLE enabled and secure access points use a RFID/BLE reader to record the member’s access card number and the time and date of their entrance. Access information is used for member administrative purposes.
Members must not share their assigned badge with other members, guests, or any other third parties.
All badges will be revoked by the Club immediately upon termination of membership.
Locker Policy. Each member may purchase the right to use a designated a locker if lockers are available. The price is $10 per month, which will be charged each month to your credit card at the same time as your dues payment. You can terminate your locker upon three (3) days written notice to info@4horsemengames.com. Do not leave food or other perishables in the locker. Please note that the lockers cannot be locked.
